  • Flexible Stay: Dependent on a students programme and timetable, as the Academic Year 2020-21 is structured to deliver teaching and learning activities in a blended format, students may require partial weeks rent. Landlords may wish to update their advert to show a nightly rate along with weekly.
  • Erasmus and International Students (Undergraduate): Students who attend Maynooth University for either one semester or one full academic year as part of their home University course. As Erasmus and International students are visiting from overseas, they require 7 days accommodation.
  • Continuing MU Registered Students: 2nd, 3rd and 4th year students, including undergraduate, postgraduate and international. They will require either partial week, 5 day week or 7 day week.
  • Incoming CAO First Year Students: Incoming first year students who will be attending Maynooth University for the first time. They will require either partial week, 5 day week or 7 day week. Similar to continuing students.
